Our company policy is to be 100% honest with all our customers. The reason we state this is because when you are dealing with car and motorcycle parts they are very often old parts or at the very least they are used parts. This means that certain parts may have some pitting or marks in the metal that cannot be removed without damaging the metal so all our staff are trained to such a degree that they know when to stop the polishing process at a safe point. We can then explain to the customer that we have polished the metal to the best that the item will allow. Sometimes we can strip an item down to the bare metal and uncover some corrosion that can definitely not be removed even though it looked fine before the old paint/chrome was removed so there again we will be 100% honest with the customer before we take the job any further.
